Dr. Sara is a proud Texan through and through that has found a home in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains. She is a Texas State University graduate – “Eat ‘em Up Cats” - where she graduated with her Bachelors in Exercise & Sports Science with a concentration in Pre-Rehabilitation Sciences in 2019. It was there that she fell in love with chiropractic after serving two years of her undergraduate degree as a chiropractic assistant in family practice. Dr. Sara has always been motivated to work with families and children in pursuit of offering alternative options for health and wellness. She continued her education gaining her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker University in 2023, where she also earned a Masters in Clinical Neuroscience.
Dr. Sara is a certified Neuro-emotional Technique practitioner and is currently working on hours towards her Diplomate in Neurology. She has invested countless hours in learning postgraduate techniques such as Applied Kinesiology, Thompson, suboccipital technique, upper cervical, and many more, in hopes to serve patients better, no matter what they may present with.
She has a passion for unlocking the potential of the human body and brain by addressing unresolved trauma the body keeps the score of. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Louis, and fly fishing when the weather is just right.
